Please read this carefully before booking.
🏕️ Standard Camping (No Entertainment)
For standard camping stays (no entertainment or events taking place):
- ✅ Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before arrival
- ❌ No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of arrival
This applies to camping pitches and accommodation on non-entertainment dates.
🎶 Camping on Entertainment Nights
For bookings that fall on entertainment nights (such as live music or special activities):
- ✅ Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival
- ⚠️ Camping fee refunded only if cancelled within 7 days but more than 24 hours before arrival
- ❌ No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of arrival
Entertainment nights are always clearly indicated during booking and are priced slightly higher to reflect additional costs.
🔥 Extras & Add-Ons
Optional extras (such as firewood, dogs, bedding packs, firewalking, or other experiences):
- Are refunded in line with the cancellation window of your stay
- May be non-refundable within the final 24 hours, as preparation may already have taken place
🕒 How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times depend on your payment provider (e.g. PayPal)
- Booking fees charged by third-party providers may not be refundable
⚠️ Important Notes
- No refunds are given for early departure, weather conditions, or changes of mind
- If we need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or alternative dates
- We strongly recommend checking dates and accommodation details carefully before booking
